Step 1
Submit your paper
Choose a conference and submit your full paper or abstract through the online form.

Step 2
Get the decision
Every submission is peer reviewed. You receive the acceptance decision by email.

Step 3
Register and pay
At least one author of each accepted paper registers before the registration deadline.

Step 4
Present and publish
Present in person or by video and get published in the proceedings with a Crossref DOI.

Submission guidelines
All submitted articles must report original, previously unpublished research results.

Registration guidelines
At least one author of every accepted paper must register for it to appear in the proceedings.

Publication
Selected papers can be published in Scopus and ESCI indexed journals for a discounted fee.

Invitation letter
Registered authors receive an invitation letter in English to support their visa application.
