Instructions for presentations
Oral presentations
Oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. One of the authors or co-authors must present the paper. You can use your own laptop or the Windows PC with PowerPoint in the session room. Bring your presentation on your laptop or a USB drive. A volunteer will help you start your presentation.
Poster presentations
The maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft × 4 ft). Please bring your own printed poster, set it up in the morning before the opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the authors must be at the poster during the poster session for discussion.
Virtual (live video) presentations
Submit an abstract or full paper for double-blind peer review. After acceptance and registration, the organising committee runs a test call with you shortly before the conference and explains how to connect and present. After the conference you receive soft copies of the certificate of presentation and the proceedings, and your conference documents are posted to your address.
What you need
- A laptop or desktop with a webcam and a microphone or headset
- An up-to-date Chrome browser
- Antivirus software paused before the call, as it can block the webcam
- A quiet, well-lit room with a professional background
