About the conference
About Overview
The International Congress on Atherosclerosis, Thrombosis and Cardiovascular Prevention (Overview) will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 12–13 June 2027. It is organised by Research Fora.
ICATCP is an international forum for sharing knowledge and results in International Congress on Atherosclerosis, Thrombosis and Cardiovascular Prevention. It brings together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to share cutting-edge developments in the field.
The main goal is to promote research and development in International Congress on Atherosclerosis, Thrombosis and Cardiovascular Prevention and the exchange of scientific information between researchers, developers, students and practitioners around the world. The conference is held every year, and English is its official language.

How to submit and register

Submit your paper or abstract
Use the online form and choose Submission. Listeners register without a paper.

Receive the review decision
Submissions are peer reviewed. Accepted authors receive an acceptance letter by email.

Register and pay the fee
At least one author of each accepted paper registers by the registration deadline.

Send the registration form and final paper
Email the signed registration and copyright form, payment proof and the camera-ready paper (Word). We can format it for you at no cost.

Get your schedule and present
The venue and your presentation time are sent after the registration deadline. Present in person or by video.

Payment
Pay by card on the secure payment page (international payments must be enabled on your card), or email us for bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe or Western Union. Bank transfers take 5 to 15 working days to confirm.
Extra papers by the same author are discounted. Groups of more than five papers or listeners get an extra 10% off.
Publishing
Publication and indexing
Registered papers are published in the conference proceedings, archived in a digital library, and each paper receives a Crossref DOI.
Scopus and ESCI indexed journals: papers from the conference can be forwarded for consideration to international journals indexed in Scopus and ESCI, for a discounted additional fee. Contact our coordinator to submit your paper for a Scopus indexed journal. Journal publication is subject to the journal's own review.

Hotel details
Set in Tashkent city-centre, this 5-star hotel offers a gym, large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna and Turkish steam bath. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Wyndham Tashkent hotel. Other amenities include a beauty salon, business center, currency exchange office, travel agency, car parking and luggage storage. Fully renovated in 2017, the spacious rooms at the Wyndham Tashkent feature classic and modern design. All rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning and include satellite TV, minibar and coffee and tea making facilities. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning in Turkuaz restaurant where the guests may enjoy the variety of the international and Uzbek cuisine, as well as listen to the live sound of the piano. Frequently asked questions
I submitted only an abstract. Can I send the full paper, or change the author names or paper title later?
Yes. You can submit the full paper before the submission deadline and make changes until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline no changes are possible.
My university needs more time to approve my participation. What should I do?
Tell us roughly when you expect approval and we will look at your case individually. We cannot wait beyond two weeks before the conference starts, so please submit your paper or abstract as early as possible.
Can I publish only my abstract in the proceedings? Can it be removed later?
Yes, you can publish only the abstract. Once a paper or abstract is included in the proceedings it cannot be deleted or replaced.
Can I choose the journal for my paper?
No. The reviewers and editor decide which journal suits your paper, based on the full paper. Send the full paper at least two weeks before the registration deadline so we can advise you on journal suitability.
Will I receive written feedback on my paper?
Yes. Every author receives a Paper Evaluation Report after the conference. If your paper is selected for a journal you also receive an Editorial Review Report, for which a full paper must be sent before the conference.
How long does journal publication take?
It depends on how quickly you respond to the reviewers and send the revised paper. The minimum is about six months.
Can I publish my paper in another journal after it appears in the proceedings?
Yes. We suggest publishing only the abstract in the proceedings if you plan to publish the full paper elsewhere.
Is there an early bird discount?
Yes. Early bird registration fees apply until 45 days before the conference. We do not sponsor participants.
